For this week, I have chosen to perform one of my favourite songs from the legendary Whitney Houston — I Love the Lord. This song has always been close to my heart because it reminds me that no matter what life throws at me, God hears my cry and strengthens me through it all.
There’s a deep peace that comes from knowing God is always there, especially when words fail and life gets overwhelming. I Love the Lord expresses that kind of raw, honest connection — And knowing I can always run to God is what gives me strength to keep going, no matter what. I’m performing it not just as a song, but as a personal expression of gratitude and faith.
