Hello there, Blockchain Foodies!
Nowadays, I'm on a of a pickle from year to year in April. My mother's birthday and my girlfriend's are on the same date. That means double celebration, double food, and double expenses.
This is the part of my mom's celebration. It had two parts. First, we went for lunch. Since I went to this place before, I asked her if she wanted to eat cachapas and smoked pork ribs. She said yes, so after my class we went to Es Grill.
Once again the attention was amazing and the food even more. If you don't know what cachapas are, let me tell you. It is a sort of flat bread, but it is made with corn. The result is a sweet base that is spreaded with butter and has a chunk on cheese inside. The cheese is put on it while it is on a grill or pan. The cachapa is folded over the cheese to melt it.
It is a interesting dish that usually is around every corner of the country. It can be breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The smoked pork of the Es Grill is amazing. You can tell they take their time preparing the thing. It must take hours for it to be ready. It was delicious.
Of course, we couldn't forget the festivities and have a beer to toast to my mom's health. On the way back home, we picked up a lemon pie my cousin had commissioned for her. I had also commissioned one and some snacks. So the night was going to have lots of things to eat
