I believe everyone is anxious to open their Conclave Arcana packs, right? The pre-sale period is still available and will end on May 11. There is no doubt that these new 82 cards will bring a new era to Splinterlands with more strategies, skills and gameplay for us players. I am curious to know what the internal market will be like and it will probably be crazy in the first few days, as the whales will buy some cards to get their collection to the maximum level.
Have you ever imagined if you could win a Black Foil card? What would you do? On X, I have seen some people say that there are buyers willing to pay up to 5 digits for a legendary Black Foil card. I would sell it no matter how much I wanted to collect it, but I would help my family with part of that money and I would invest the rest in more land to produce resources and thus make the money circulate and work in my favor.
Own Lands in Praetoria in Splinterlands
Praetoria consists of 150 distinct regions of player-owned land, each containing 1,000 plots of land. This totals 150,000 player-owned plots of land. These plots are organized into 10 different areas within each region, and the regions are grouped into 7 different territories, with 20 to 22 regions each.
Furthermore, land is another way to earn money in the game, in addition to the traditional way of buying and selling cards. In Splinterlands, there is an expansion called Land and it is recently in version 1.75 and many players are [owners of land that produces grain, wood, iron and stone. Imagine buying a lot and you are the owner of it. You can save it to sell later for a higher value or you can do it in a more productive way, placing a building to produce resources.
In Praetoria, there are several types of terrain, including swamps, hills, desert, rivers, jungle and others.
To own a plot of land, you already understand that there are many options and in each type of place, there is a type of specific resource that can be produced. Before version 1.75 was released, all plots produced grain, but now there are four types of natural resources and obtaining all of them can give you a strategic advantage, but also if you want to focus on just one and trade it on the market, feel free. You are free to decide what to do best.
To give you an idea of where to obtain a type of natural resource, the options are:

Grain production: River, Lake, Swamp and Plain;

Stone production: Desert, Canyon and Hills;

Wood production: Swamp, Forest, Tundra and Jungle;

Iron production: Mountain, Badlands and Caldera.
If you are interested in buying a plot of land and starting your journey in Praetoria, know that at this moment, the lowest current price for a common plot of land is S$ 14.99, it is really a very cheap price compared to the last few days in the market that I have analyzed and it is always interesting to take advantage of the opportunities that arise when someone is looking to sell their plot. I believe that until the last day of the Conclave Arcana presale, many promotions may arise.

Midnight Potions Are Coming
Tomorrow, April 29th, we will have another update in Splinterlands and know that it will be a big change that will impact all landowners. For the first time, those who own land will be able to produce the potion called Midnight. Those who have this potion will have a greater chance of obtaining a Black Foil card.
It will be a new era in the game, as the players themselves will be the ones to produce the potion and put it on the market for sale. I have no idea how much the potion will be, but I am very curious about how it will be. You can check out more details here.
So, being a landowner can give you many advantages to prosperity in the game. You can be self-sustainable with just a few pieces of land, but remember that grain is very important because workers need grain to work, so it's even plausible to see that the places that can produce grain are the most valuable nowadays. Being able to create potions to sell is just the first use case that a landowner will have and I'm looking forward to seeing what the game will be like in the coming days.

Amanhã, dia 29 de abril, teremos mais uma atualização em Splinterlands e saiba que será uma grande mudança que impactará todos os proprietários de terra. Pela primeira vez, quem possuir terras, poderá produzir a poção chamada de Midnight. Quem tiver essa poção, terá mais chances de obter uma carta Black Foil.
Será uma nova era no jogo, pois serão os próprios jogadores que produzirão a poção e colocarão a venda no mercado. Não faço ideia de quanto será a poção, mas estou bastante curioso de como isso será. Mais detalhes você pode conferir aqui.
Portanto, ser um proprietário de terra pode te dá muitas vantagens de prosperidade no jogo. Você pode ser auto sustentável possuindo poucas terras, mas lembre-se de que grãos são muito importantes porque os trabalhadores precisam de grãos para trabalhar então, é até plausível ver que os lugares que podem produzir grãos são os mais valiosos atualmente. Poder criar poções para pôr a venda é apenas o primeiro caso de uso que um proprietário de terra terá e estou ansioso de como será o jogo nos próximos dias.
