Episode 2 Summary 🎮

Our first Cerifa region Gym Challenge just happened and oh boy, it was fun! But hey, let’s take things from the beginning!

I had just arrived at Jaloque City in the last episode, and you know me, I love exploring, so the first thing I did was run around the city, talk to people, and grab as many free items and info as I could.

While checking out the city, I ran into Professor Ebano, who invited me over to his house. Once I got there, he introduced me to his daughter and then took me upstairs to his lab where he finally handed me my Pokedex! I barely had time to thank him when suddenly, a guy stormed into the lab ranting about how much he hated his life...

Fun fact?! That dude was Jaloque’s Gym Leader named Mundanez. Not the best first impression, haha!

A few seconds after his emotional outburst, he pulled it together, apologized, and asked me to meet him at the Gym for a battle. My first Pokemon Opalo Gym battle was about to happen! But of course, it couldn’t be that simple...

As soon as we left Professor Ebano’s place, a Team Gatling thug showed up and stole Mundanez’s Pokemon! With no Pokemon of his own, he asked me to chase the thief down and get them back.

I rushed into Team Gatling’s hideout, kicked their ass, got the Pokemon back, and just like that it was time for my first Gym Challenge.
