Lucky Ali is here, and welcome back to another Splinterlands community engagement challenge blog. Before reading this post, I request you to read my previous post in which I have talked about Moonkarts cards. It is a 3d racing game on Hive blockchain powered by Arcadecolony. Today's challenge is exciting, and here I am gonna share my favorite combo with you. It's been a long time since I've been using this combo the most, and till now it is unbeatable for many teams and monsters. A good thing in Splinterlands is that you will never get the same card again in future launches, which means every card is unique in Splinterlands. Yes, there are cards which is similar to this combo, but you can see even a little difference there, and it can be mana, health, attack, or any other ability combination.
The community engagement challenge is introducing new initiatives, which help users express their feelings and experiences with Splinterlands, and new users are benefiting from it. And today, you will see lots of new synergies and combinations that will exactly help you in gameplay. If you are a new user, then you should not miss this opportunity to learn more strategies. Anyway, have multiple powerful combos, but here I am sharing the combo that is my personal favorite. So, without any further delay, let me share that combo for you.
Alric Stormbringer and Ruler of the Seas

Yes, that combo is Alric Stormbringer and ruler of the seas. Alric Stormbringer is the summoner and ruler of the seas, is water splinter monster with magic attacks. There is no rocket science in this combo. Alric is a low mana summoner with +1 magic booster and ruler of the seas has a magic attack, and with blast, so Alric helps the ruler with the attacks, which is why this combo works very good. You can also include other magic attack monsters here with Alric Stormbringer summoner. So this two-card combo is the best that I have been using since the Splinterlands game started.
Other Supporter cards that you can add
You know, there are other excellent cards that you can add to this team, such as Djinn Oshannus, Phantom of the Abyss, Axemaster, Coral Wraith, Riverboat Captain, Captain's Ghost, Ice Pixie, Nerissa Tridawn, and more. These are the stronger cards, too, and now it is up to you how you set them for the battle. For me, I place Djinn Oshannus at first because it is a stronger monster and can defend against melee, ranged, and magic attack monsters due to its high speed, void, forcefield, and phase ability
Does this combo have 100% accuracy?
No, it is not possible because everything is balanced in Splinterlands, so there are counter synergies in Splinterlands that can destroy this combo, but here, the counter combo is not the only factor but battle rules and battle mana play a big role. So you are not going to win always here, and eventually you will face a loss sometimes. You should have multiple combos to use according to the situation. By situation, I mean to say is battle rules, the opponent's team, and the mana cap. Here you can do one thing by creating multiple combos in every splinter, for example, having a combo in fire, earth, life, death, dragon, and even neutral, along with the water that I have shared here.
This combo is not available for modern format
These cards are old beta cards, and you can't use old cards in the modern format after this update. And wild format is for everyone, and you can use every card there, but you have to pay for it, and there is a wild pass for it, which price is 2k DEC tokens. So I think it is not good for the new players to play in the wild. This is only for the wild players. I always play in wild format because I have most strongest cards that are old and I can't use them in modern format. So it is ok if I pay for Wild Pass and play there. Also, paying 2k DEC is not bad because, in a way, you are helping the Splinterlands economy.
Alternative combo for this exists or not?
Talking about alternative cards then first we have to find the alternative of Alric Stormbringer, and there are valnamor and Delwyn Dragonscale available, but they are not a perfect alternative because of the mana difference and splinter cards availability. Now there is a ruler of the seas, and as an alternative, there are many blast ability monsters available, but exactly the same card does not exist. So, the conclusion in the whole Splinterlands, you can't find the same card. But you can use other combos and also get better results. So do not worry, and always try to find better options.
Final words
Thanks, Splinterlands, for this opportunity. I have shared my combo here, but I do not depend only on this because I am using multiple combo infire, life, death, dragon, and earth too. The moral of the story is to create multiple combos and enjoy the battle. The benefit of creating multiple combos is that you can give tough competition to your opponent if you are prepared with multiple combos, because the situation is not always the same.
