What's up Hivers? I really believe that you are in good healthy right now. This morning, Friday, the last day of the week, I went jogging in the walking area near the entrance to the Southern Expressway because I needed to do some morning exercise. My feet had been in a painful condition since last night, so I wanted to do this jogging. Therefore, I chose the morning time for this and walked about three kilometers in this expressway walking area. Even though dark rain clouds were visible throughout the sky, the sun was shining brightly. That beautiful morning is the perfect time for a walk. Especially when we walk in the sunlight, we burn off our unnecessary calories and generate fresh energy.
It can be said that jogging is a better physical exercise than walking. When we walk at a certain speed, we not only generate energy very quickly but also strengthen our muscles very well. Walking about three kilometers was very helpful in reaching seven thousand steps today. In fact, I try to walk every time because it gives me mental relief. It should be noted that such beautiful moments are more important to avoid the busyness of work life. Especially when walking and jogging in these areas that are mixed with nature, the mental relief that our mind can get is very high.
Since I jogged after 7:30 this morning, I did not see much traffic on the highway. Especially since school children and people going to work had left early for their work, I had the opportunity to use the road in a very convenient way. When walking on a highway without a running zone, one should be especially careful about one's life. Since I paid more attention to it while walking and jogging, I did not encounter any unsafe situations.
On both sides of the Southern Expressway, which was opened about ten years ago, there are beautiful areas that blend in with nature. In fact, when we walk in such areas that blend in with nature, our body can absorb fresh air. You all know that oxygen is essential for our body. We get the opportunity to absorb that oxygen very easily when we walk and jog in this environment. Since we live in an artificial environment, we are exposed to more and more toxic gases, so it is important to jog and walk in a suitable environment to obtain this kind of oxygen. I do that regularly.
As all of you who are part of this community know, I am most interested in exploring architecture among the subjects we study. Through this jogging, I was able to see several buildings with unique architectural features, and I decided to include only two of them in this content to convince you that I am more interested in it. It should be noted that jogging actually provides us with the opportunity to learn as well as pay attention to many things.
