Everyone, how are you? Recently I enjoyed all the delicious food in Bandung. Actually, this food is in Jakarta. But, because today I went to Bandung, so I enjoyed this food in Bandung. This food is called Bebek Kaleyo. Duck itself, yes, a type of poultry.
The word kaleyo itself comes from Javanese which means two invitations. And do you know what this food means? Yes, it means this food comes from Java. Duck, a duck dish originating from Java with slightly sweet spices. Yes, that is a characteristic of Javanese cuisine, where the dishes taste slightly sweet.

And whatever is in this place, the most typical is duck dishes. Using various chili sauces, it can be fried, grilled, and that might be one of the dishes. But the most typical is the accompaniment of the duck itself. Starting from green chili sauce, grilled duck, fried duck, crushed duck, and so on. That is the characteristic of this place.
This place is considered a fairly popular restaurant and can develop even though in 2020 to 2022 it was hit by a pandemic. This food or restaurant started in 2007 which started in Central Jakarta. The place is more precisely Cempaka Putih. From there, this place continued to grow in Jakarta, then in Bandung, and several other outlets in Indonesia.

The place I came to is in Bandung, especially more precisely in the place on Jalan Serusan Buah Batu. The place is quite spacious, very tasty, and has two floors. We can also see the kitchen from this place, how to cook, how the waiters serve this food.
There is outdoor and indoor, then there is an air-conditioned place too. Well, this place is quite luxurious, clean, and neat when I visited here. This indicates that the waiters or the owners of this place emphasize cleanliness. That is the plus point of this place, comfortable, clean, and neat.

In addition to the comfortable place, we also enjoyed several types of food, namely two portions. Oh yeah, I came here with my brother. My brother ordered duck with green chili sauce, the second I ordered grilled duck. Well, there are also various dishes here. Starting from cheap to expensive prices. There are also several types of vegetables, not many.
Oh yes, there is also chicken, grilled chicken, fried chicken. And the price is not too expensive either. And the most important thing is a variety of chili sauce. I have emphasized earlier that this place provides various chili sauces, duck processed with additional chili sauce.

The unique thing about this place is that it provides food not with a discount package, but provides food with a charity package, which means the restaurant provides a fairly cheap package, there can be a package for three, which contains one chicken, and maybe the size is not too big.
I corrected, not chicken, but one duck, maybe the size is smaller. That is the characteristic of this place. Some other places have discounts, but this place uses the word charity. There are also various types of drinks, I ordered mineral water and sweet tea. That's enough. That's all I can tell you about this place. See you again
