A few weeks ago on an outing to the C.C. Sambil with a friend. Sambil with a friend, after walking around for a while and looking at stores we decided to sit down and talk, and I don't know about you, but for me that means two things: number one, a little coffee and number two, a little sweet, so we went to the food fair to look for some place where we could buy not only coffee, but something sweet to settle down to talk, and that's how we got to Cinna Rolls a pretty flashy and very very cute little place, which as its name suggests their specialty is cinnamon rolls, but they also offer many other things, among them a great variety of cookies, and rolls in different sizes and presentations, they also had cakes and offer some salty snacks, like tequeños and pastries, and of course coffee, and they had a Nestlé coffee machine, as well as a machine to prepare coffee in the traditional way.
I was tempted to order the vanilla latte from the Nestlé machine, which is one of my favorites, but in the end I decided for a traditional latte, as did my friend and we both ordered a box of 5 mini rolls with different toppings to try different things, and it was an excellent decision, and if it had not been for the coffee that had a total absence of the deli taste it should have, it would have been a super afternoon snack, but there is nothing that a good company does not solve.
The rolls on the other hand were delicious and quite moist, in fact the only thing that made me a little uncomfortable is that they fell apart easily, but I assume it's due to the different toppings, and in that case there's nothing to do, because without toppings I don't want them 🤣.
Would I come back? Of course, but this time I would order my vanilla latte.
Hace unas semanas en una salida al C.C.Sambil con una amiga, después de caminar un rato y ver tiendas decidimos sentarnos a conversar, y no sé para ustedes, pero para mí eso significa dos cosas: número uno, un cafecito y número dos, un dulcito, así que nos fuimos a la feria de la comida para buscar algún lugar donde pudiésemos comprar no solo café, sino algo dulce para instalarnos a conversar, y así fue como llegamos a Cinna Rolls un lugarcito bastante llamativo y muy muy lindo, que como su nombre lo indica su especialidad son los rolls de canela, pero también ofrecen muchas cosas más, entre ellas una gran variedad de galletas, y rolls en diferentes tamaños y presentaciones, también tenían pasteles y ofrecen algunos snacks salados, como tequeños y pastelitos, y porsupuesto café, y contaban tanto la máquina de café Nestlé, como con la máquina para preparar el café de forma tradicional.
Estuve tentada a pedir el latte vainilla de la máquina de Nestlé, que es de mis favoritos, pero al final me decidí por un con leche tradicional, al igual que mi amiga y ambas pedimos un box de 5 mini rolls con diferentes toppings para probar diferentes cositas, y fue una excelente decisión, y si no hubiese sido por el café que tuvo una total ausencia del sabor deli que debe tener, hubiese sido una súper tarde de merienda, pero no hay nada que una buena compañía no resuelva.
Los rolls por otro lado estaban deliciosos y bastante húmedos, de hecho lo único que me incomodo un poco es que se desarmaban con facilidad, pero asumo se debe a los diferentes toppins, y en ese caso no hay nada que hacer, porque sin toppins no los quiero 🤣
¿Volvería? Por supuesto, pero esta vez pediría mi latte vainilla.
