but this was so easy to make!
Air-fried Shrimps, Mushrooms, and Potato Wedges
and Simple Zucchini Frittata
Let us do the frittata first!
For ingredients you need: zucchini, eggs, onion, salt, pepper.

Frittatas are a breeze to make!
It is simple stovetop cooking. You cook the vegetables (and meat if you are cooking with meat), then you season the frittata. In this case, I only used salt and pepper, and a little red pepper flakes. After which, you add the eggs!
Flip. and flip again!
Lower the heat of the stove to low. Give a few minutes for the eggs to set, about 5 minutes. Then you turn-over the frittata to the other side. Cook for another 5 minutes on that side.
In the meantime...
Prepare the next dish ingredients: shrimps, mushrooms, and potatoes.
Shell and devein the shrimps, slice the mushrooms, and cut the potatoes into wedges.
Season the shrimps, mushrooms, and potatoes with whichever favorite seasoning you prefer. In my case, I used salt, pepper, garlic pepper, onion powder, and dried parsley.
Also, I used a glove to massage the seasonings into the food.
Then I air-fried the shrimps, mushrooms, and potatoes.
It only took 5 minutes per side for the shrimps and mushrooms to cook. The potatoes took 5 minutes longer to cook.
Time to eat!
