Stężenie Hive w Katowicach się zagęściło. Dzień ten był zwariowany chociaż zaczynał się niewinnie. Poranne spotkanie zaczęło się bardzo, ale to bardzo źle, kiedy przed klientami powiedziano mi, że moja praca jest 'średnia'. Cytat z Kapitana Bomby jest tu nie na miejscu, bo takie a nie inne podejście, było efektem dłuższych deliberacji i konsultacji koleżeńskich. Oczywiście potem się okazało, że proste rozwiązania proponowane na początku w ogóle nie przystoją do skali skomplikowania problemu. Niesmak pozostał. Udało mi się odkopać z paru maili i zakopać parę dziur. Potem udałem się na spotkanie z @hallmann, na którym byli też @gtg oraz @osavi, gdzie zaoferowaliśmy Dawidowi wsparcie. Myślę, że zebrani (oprócz nas) byli raczej zdziwieni tym, że nikt nie próbował im czegoś wcisnąć i słuchali z zaciekawieniem. Bardzo dobre wydarzenie, z którego mam nadzieję wyniknie coś dobrego. Musiałem z uciekać, a przed wejściem do lokalu Zondy na ukulele grała @alusia (tak zachęcam, żebyś pisała, czytamy).
The concentration of Hive in Katowice has thickened. This day was crazy, although it started innocently. The morning meeting started very, very badly, when I was told in front of clients that my work was 'average'. The quote from Kapitan Bomba is out of place here, because this approach was the result of longer deliberations and consultations with colleagues. Of course, it turned out later that the simple solutions proposed at the beginning did not fit the scale of the complexity of the problem at all. The bad taste remained. I managed to dig up a few emails and dig a few holes. Then I went to a meeting with @hallmann, which was also attended by @gtg and @osavi, where we offered Dawid support. I think that the people gathered (apart from us) were rather surprised that no one tried to push anything on them and listened with interest. A very good event, from which I hope something good will come. I had to run away, and in front of the entrance to Zonda's premises, @alusia was playing the ukulele (yes, I encourage you to write, we do read).
