Physical and mental health in the morning
Good morning, bright Friday, friends. Today, the weather is very good. The sky is bright blue without clouds for many days. I haven't seen a beautiful sky like this. It feels like nature is healing everything to be fresh again. 2-3 days ago, I had a minor accident. The cause was heavy rain while I was running home. The shock made me speed up, hoping to get home as fast as possible. But then I tripped over a rock and fell. At that time, I felt a little numb at the tip of my foot, but it wasn't serious. My neighbor was very nice. She quickly brought me an umbrella. Then I opened an umbrella and went home.
The injury just appeared yesterday. After exercising, I felt severe pain in my foot. It turned out to be a sprained foot. Now I feel much better. I can walk normally. I feel relieved.

Exercise, walk slowly, absorb nature

This morning, I still live my normal life. I just changed from running to walking for exercise. Even though it took longer than usual, I exercised like every day. Today's walk is not just a physical exercise, but it is also a review of both body and mind at the same time.
I walked slowly, breathing in and out regularly, and immersed myself in With the surrounding nature, the soft morning sunlight shines down on the skin, I feel the sweat seeping out, indicating the body's work. The fresh air and the beautiful blue sky create an incredible freshness. I walk for exercise along the Trang River canal. The water is still a murky brown and the water level is quite high. The atmosphere around me is filled with the sound of birds chirping and other natural sounds that sing beautifully. I walk back and forth between the riverside on the footpath to the area behind the temple, with the help of an exercise app, capturing happy images to share with friends. While walking, I pick up my phone to record the beautiful nature around me to keep as a memory and share with friends to see the good atmosphere of Trang Province at the same time. And of course, the exercise app still runs the numbers. Even though today I didn't reach my goal of 5,000 steps, I feel happy and proud of walking for exercise today.
I believe that soon my jogging will return to normal and I will be able to run fully again.

Little happiness and family routines
The moment I stepped through the door of the house, a familiar feeling of peace covered me. It is a special feeling that only returning home can give. And the first thing I always do is head straight to the kitchen. After a new morning, there is a special routine for us, and it always starts with the aroma of freshly ground coffee.
I carefully scoop out the coffee beans, the sound of the grinder becoming a familiar sound in the quiet house. My husband and I love the strong black coffee. When the coffee is ready, I turn my attention to breakfast. Just yesterday, I bought three delicious coconut breads, enough for everyone in the family. This morning, I am ready to pair them with coffee, or maybe milk.

My husband and I sit at the kitchen table, a warm cup of coffee in our hands, giving us a sense of comfort. These quiet moments of coffee are precious to us. We talk about everything from trivia to plans for the day and what the weekend will bring. It is a gentle start to the day, a chance to connect before the responsibilities of the day pull us apart.

When the coffee is finished, the morning routine continues with a familiar rhythm. I start making breakfast for my mother, making sure everything is ready for her. At the same time, my husband prepares the necessary things to take my mother to take a bath. It is a daily routine that shows love and care, a testament to the bond between us as a family. Soon, everything is done, both feeding and taking my mother to take a bath, as we do every day. And with that, another simple but meaningful morning passes in our house.
Then feed the birds and baby birds. Today my husband helped me a lot, both feeding and feeding the birds.

Baan Suan

Today, I drove my favorite tricycle to my warm garden house and started the day with a familiar routine: taking care of my little furry family.
Let's start with the parrots, which I've been worried about since yesterday. After I had to temporarily take care of their babies, I kept a close eye on the mother parrot and was relieved to see that she was still flying around her babies' nests relentlessly, showing her maternal instincts to the fullest.
After watching the mother parrot for a while, it was time to clean the cage. I plugged in the motor to let the water flow and wash away the dirt until the cage was spotless. Then I started feeding the parrots. When everything was ready, I went to the turtles. The next happy moment was the cute little turtles. I soaked them in water to help them release their uric acid and excrete waste. After soaking them in water, I let them roam freely. When it was time to bathe, I gently cleaned them like every day and fed them delicious food.
Today, the turtles seemed to be in a particularly good mood. They stood and sunbathed next to the pond. It was a lovely sight and made me very happy. This kind of moment makes me feel fulfilled.
When I finish my mission with my pets I also walked to my husband who was usually feeding the ducks and chickens, but when I got there, I couldn't find him. I called out for him for a while, and finally found him picking bamboo shoots and pineapples in the garden. Even though I wanted to follow him to help, I had to restrain myself because I still had to take care of my feet and didn't want to risk tripping and falling again. I'll wait until my legs are stronger, and then I'll definitely go back to the garden like before.
